86% appreciated the cookware compatibility, while 14% faced problems
I tested the electric-induction-range with cast iron cookware and it worked as advertised for both boiling and frying.
Cookware compatibility of electric-induction-range is based on the fact that the pots and pans have to have a bottom that a magnet can stick to. Specific cookware that works with the induction includes aluminum pots, glass and stone cookware, cast iron and many stainless steel pots and pans.
A lot of cookware won't work with induction as electronic sensors won't permit the induction elements to turn on when using aluminum or high quality stainless steel. I'm not sure about copper, but I assume it won't work with copper clad cookware.
I purchased stainless steel pots and pans before the cook top arrived, but none of them worked with the electric-induction-range. The product description is misleading as it suggests that all stainless steel will work.
91% were impressed with the heat response time, but 9% weren't
With the right cookware, I can heat up the electric-induction-range really fast.
I liked the quick heating of the unit, it boiled water in about 2 minutes from cold.
I find it impossible to cook using 2 burners and have gone back to my hotplate elements. Based on my experience, I can say this.
In some cases, the food burns due to inaccurate heat response time.

87% found the heating efficient, but 13% didn't
The induction cooktop heats up fast and is efficient for boiling water or making stir fry.
I love induction for its efficiency, avoidance of combustible materials, quick results, and that it doesn't heat up the area.
I liked that the unit quickly heats up and can boil water in about 2 minutes from cold.
When I set the temperature to 460 on one side, the other side went to 00F and the meter showed 1100W.
91% found the safety features helpful, however 9% raised concerns
The safety lock feature is a nice addition to prevent accidental turning on of the burners.
I am satisfied with the safety features of my electric-induction-range.
If I lift the pan, the heat shuts off, which seems illogical.
89% liked the temperature settings, yet 11% were disappointed
I initially had trouble figuring out the temperature settings, but now I love using it.
210 degrees cooks like low and there are other features like water boil and warm feature, making it an experience rich sentence.
In some cases, the food burns due to inconsistent temperature control.
The maximum temperature I can set is 300 F.
