I put the dough directly on the cooking surface and added sauce and toppings, indicating that the cooking surface area is sufficient for cooking.
I usually cook scrambled eggs on the electric griddle. I pour them on a preheated surface, close the top for about 90 seconds, and then open the top and flip them for about 20 seconds. They turn out soft and fluffy every time.

I find the electric griddle's non-stick surface convenient for cooking without any sticking.
The non-stick surface of the electric-griddle worked well and even with the added height, my pizzas did not burn or touch the top cooking surface.
I followed the directions and coated the non-stick surface with vegetable oil for the first use since the cooking surfaces cannot be washed underwater.
