It is very easy to clean after use.
This electric-griddle comes in handy for me as I don't have AC.
I have noticed that the product may not be durable and could stop working after a year of heavy use.
The hinge broke on the first one I bought when it slipped out of my hand and fell about three inches onto the kitchen counter.
