I appreciated the bluetooth connectivity for controlling fan speeds and adjusting settings via mobile devices.
I highly recommend the electric fan motor, especially if you have an old one that is outdated and you have no idea how to adjust the settings manually. My old electric fan motor would go off and on almost randomly.
I can control the fan by turning it on/off, adjusting the speed, and setting schedules based on temperature and humidity levels.
I will be able to adjust my presets based on the information I get from the fan's performance, which shows that the fan's adjustability and control features are useful to me.

I can adjust the settings based on the location for better control over the electric-fan-motors.
The fan has summer and winter settings and a timed setting. I haven't played with the timer much, so I'm not sure how adjustable it is.
73% appreciated the sleek and modern design, while 27% thought it was unattractive
The sleek design of the fan blends seamlessly with the existing vent, maintaining the aesthetic of my house.
The electric fan motor has been a great fit for me. The Bluetooth controls are a nice feature, but not required.
I have a complaint with the concept of the electric fan motor.
I was surprised that the product is vulnerable to damage despite the effort put into producing it.
I had to return two fans because of broken mounting brackets, indicating that the product design is not up to the mark.
82% liked the energy-efficient design, but 18% saw high energy bills
I have found that the AFG SMT PRO-3.0 delivers powerful airflow that quickly cools down the attic on even the hottest days. The improved ventilation has already reflected in my energy bills, and I am confident that I will see even more savings over time.

I am sure that the fan will make a significant difference in your home, just like it did in mine.
After installing the fan, my electric bill increased significantly. I can say from my experience that the fan is not energy efficient. This is a negative feedback from a customer.

The installation guide provides information on how to mount the fan for optimal air flow.
Installing this fan was easy and it's the quietest and easiest attic fan I've owned.
Mounting the fan was easy, but my age and the location made it difficult. I don't blame the fan or its mounting for this.
I found the installation process straightforward and followed the included instruction guide, which explains how to rewire to existing electric wires if the included wall plug is not used.

70% liked the low maintenance requirements, but 30% found it difficult to repair
I found that the first fan had a broken rivet in the bracket and the second fan had a completely broken bracket, indicating a concern for maintenance and repair of electric-fan-motors.
I had to replace the electric-fan-motor within a year of installation. After speaking with the tech person, it was determined that the motor was the issue. The company only sent the motor and I had to pay an electrician for installation. The company did not cover any labor costs, which is unacceptable for such a short period of time.
I discovered that the humidity sensor was degrading over time and not activating the fan until the humidity in the attic was outlandish, resulting in new mold growth.
I received and returned two fans because of broken mounting brackets. The brackets are thin, bendy, and attached by three rivets. The first fan had a bracket with a broken rivet, and the second fan had a bracket completely broken off.

I faced issues with the electric-fan-motor when I first installed it on the existing bar where the old one was mounted. It would not spin and just hummed. I put washers on the threaded studs to create a space, then put in the mounting bar and secured with nuts to make it work. After that, it works great and is nice and quiet.
