I had to adjust the fan to fit the shaft size and tweak the mounting holes, which shows the adjustability of the electric-fan-motors.
I was able to adjust the fan to fit the shaft size and tweak the mounting holes. It is now working great.
At local home improvement stores, I couldn't find clockwise rotation motors as everything is CCW.
93% appreciated the sleek and modern design, while 7% thought it was unattractive
I compared the old fan blade with the new one included and found that the new one has a slight 2.5 degree more pitch to the fans. The new fan is much quieter and pulls so much more air than my original fan that was installed in 2001.
Our product is cheaper than box stores.
I tweaked the old fan to fit the shaft size and adjusted the mounting holes slightly. It fits perfectly now and is working great.
I faced difficulty in pressing the plastic fan blade assembly onto the splines of the motor shaft, making it hard to balance.
I could not use the replacement fan because the base of the blades got stress marks in the plastic when I tried to push the piece onto the spindle, indicating a design flaw in the product.
93% liked the energy-efficient design
I find the motor a bit noisy, but it's not an issue for this location and I appreciate the more efficient air exhaust.

The air flow is correct, flowing from the motor mount up to the blades and out of the trailer.

I was able to mount the motor and add the fan blade through the duct and onto the motor.
I had to tweak the mounting holes a tad to make it fit, but it's working great now.

I was able to easily swap the bracket from my original motor to mount it to the ceiling/duct, and the fan works well. This indicates that the fan is easy to maintain and repair.
I was able to repair the electric fan motor by removing the metal fan from the burnt out motor and tweaking the old fan to fit the shaft size.
I couldn't find replacements for the exhaust fan in my master bathroom, so I decided to buy this $25 unit. I had to swap the bracket from the original motor to mount it to the ceiling/duct.
I repaired the electric fan motor by taking the metal fan off the burnt out motor and tweaking the old fan to fit the shaft size. I also had to tweak the mounting holes a tad. It fits and is working great now.
I am not confident that the fan motor will last for another 16 years, which is the duration for which the previous fan motor lasted.
I could not use the replacement fan because the base for the blades got stress marks in the plastic when I tried to push the piece onto the spindle, indicating that the product is not reliable and durable.
I am uncertain about the longevity of the electric fan motor. I am not optimistic about it lasting another 16 years.
73% appreciated the built-in safety features, though 27% thought they were inadequate
The electric fan motor is a bit noisy, but it's not a concern for our location.
I faced difficulty in pressing the plastic fan blade assembly onto the motor shaft splines, making it hard to balance the fan. Improper balancing could pose a safety issue.
I had to make adjustments to the motor shaft to fit it in my old NuTune bathroom vent box. I cut the flat on the shaft 1/2 inch longer with a file and then cut the shaft shorter by 1/2 inch using an abrasive cut off wheel in a rotary die grinder. It took about 10 minutes.
I installed the motor on the other side of the motor housing and it works great.
