About Sailnovo 14 Electric Bike for Adults and Teenagers Ebike
Overall Feedback:
68% positive
81% appreciated the battery life; however, 19% experienced short battery life
The battery life is good so far, only going down one bar after around 90 minutes of riding under high battery load (lights on, hills, heavy cargo).
The battery life is decent.
I bought the electric bicycle in August and charged it once. It lasts for a while and I rode it a couple of times around the neighborhood for about 15 minutes each time.
The electric bicycle's battery life is not up to the mark as it dies quickly. After riding 4.3 miles, it is down to one.
73% were impressed with its build quality; however, 27% noticed issues like rattling or loose parts
The bike is easy to assemble and has a little weight to it. It is also easy to ride with a top speed around 18-19mph.
I find the bike to have a very smooth ride and the seat that came with it is comfortable.
My pedaling is difficult because the seat pipe is too short and the front crank wheel is too small.
My electric bicycle failed after a month of purchase.
I am 5'8" and my knee hits the key in the ignition while pedaling, which can be a problem while riding the electric-bicycle. The key got bent on the first day of riding.
I would like the handlebar to be more sturdy.
I find the bike's design unsuitable for my height as my knee hits the key in the ignition while pedaling, resulting in the key getting bent on the first day of riding.
The handlebar is short and wobbly, making it difficult to ride with one hand.
73% appreciated the pedal assistance; however, 27% found it inconsistent
The electric bicycle is more like a scooter with peddle assist. I need to peddle up hills, which can drain the battery more, but it makes hills much easier.
I enjoy the pedal assist as it makes the bike feel lighter while riding.
If I am adult-sized, I will have to pedal a bit on grades.
I have to pedal the bike like a regular bike and am having trouble finding parts or getting it serviced from any bike shop.
I find the pedal assistance to be not smooth because of the cheap assistant with a plastic ring and 5 magnets.
73% found the range sufficient; however, 27% wished for longer range
On mode 3 with many hills, I can go about 20 miles on the electric bicycle at full throttle.
I tested the range of the electric bicycle and found that it can go about 20 miles on full throttle on mode 3 with a lot of hills. I also tested it on a route from Brooklyn Park to Roseville which is inclined majority of the way and found that it would be about 30 miles in flat routes.
I have been able to take the electric bike up to 18.5mph so far.
My bike's speed is less than what was advertised. It goes up to 18.6MPH instead of 20MPH.
76% appreciated its speed; however, 24% found it too fast or too slow
I was able to hit 18mph with ease, despite reading reviews that it only goes up to 15mph.
I found the bike easy to assemble, with a manageable weight and a top speed of around 18-19mph.
The speed of my electric bicycle is perfect - not too slow, but pretty fast. Plus, the battery life is great.
I can confirm that the electric bicycle goes up to 15 mph, not over 18 mph as claimed.
Despite having a 350W motor and a top speed of 20mph, I have experienced inconsistent power and performance while riding the bike. Sudden drops in speed and unreliable acceleration make for a frustrating and unpredictable ride.
At different throttle levels, I found that the electric-bicycle has varying speeds. At level 1, it goes about 6mph, at level 2, it goes about 10-12mph, and at level 3, it gets me at or above 20.5-21mph on flat ground.
I can only go up to 20mph on the bike, whether pedaling or using electric power.
