With the electric motor boost, I can pedal up hills that I would have to walk with my regular bike.
The battery life has been good so far, but my wife pedals more and gets even better results.
I prefer a longer battery life for my own preference of long rides.
I have two bikes, one with good battery life and the other only charges to half its power. I am working with the support group to resolve the issue.

I expect to be pleased with the electric bicycles based on their overall build quality, even though I have not had the opportunity to ride them yet.

I bought the bike with the understanding that it would reach 28 mph as advertised, but it only reaches 18.5 mph, which is verified by GPS. The company upgraded the motor, and some bikes would reach 28 mph or so, and others only 20 mph. It is not clear which version I got.

The electric bicycle has the pedal assist feature with up to 5 settings to choose from, like cruise control. I pedal at 2 settings and go faster than 9 miles an hour, but if I get tired or go up a hill, the bike will kick in and help me at 9 miles an hour.
I found that the electric bicycle struggled to go up hills with a heavier person.
