I appreciate the corded remote that allows me to adjust the settings while laying down on the massager. I can change the speed, direction and heat level without interrupting the massage.
I suggest that the massager's controls should be wireless or with a cord so that I can adjust them in the middle of the massage. This would improve the ease of adjusting massage settings including speed direction and intensity.

The Shiatsu massage device works really well and is easy to use on the back or neck. The lower back massage is in the perfect position to be effective and the neck massage option works great as well when the device is flipped upside down and leaned back on a reclining chair or bed.
It would be nice if the massager was a bit bigger and targeted the neck and back at the same time. One set of massage rollers feels a little limited to me.

The control buttons are on the side, making it difficult to reach them while using the massager. I have mobility issues, so I need to set it to my desired function before putting it in place. If I want to change something mid-massage, I have to remove it and get it in front of me to see and reach the buttons.

I love that this Shiatsu massager comes with a vehicle adapter. I leave it in my truck and periodically take a break to put it on my back and neck for much-needed relief. The rolling knobs can be a bit rough but still relieving, and the heat setting adds another element of muscle and tension relief.
