I have small ears and was concerned about the product fitting, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the earpiece very comfortable.
The piece that goes into my ear is very comfortable, even for someone with small ears like me.
It is very soothing for my ears.
I find the product uncomfortable to use as each press sends out too much of the product and at too much force.

This product did not work for me as my partner has eczema in one of her ears. It rinsed her ear out and left a pleasant smell of Lavender, Bergamot and Geranium but did not make any difference to the dry skin or itchiness.
