About Wireless Earbuds Bluetooth V5.3 Headphones 50H Playback Deep Bass Stereo Ear Buds
Overall Feedback:
77% positive
89% appreciated the additional features but, 11% expressed dissatisfaction
I have complained about the earbuds having unwanted features like pausing, muting, or powering off when touched.
The touch function can be annoying when I take one out to listen to someone and it turns the volume of the other one all the way to the max.
It's a bit annoying to disconnect from one device to connect to another, especially between a laptop and phone.
I am having trouble with the touch controls and cannot figure out how to make them work consistently.
90% highlighted the battery life, yet 10% were disappointed
The battery life is really good. I have used them for 1-2 hours a day three days a week for five weeks and just today the case is down to 10% left so I am recharging it.
The earbuds have a quick connection and the battery life display is useful.
I did not have the opportunity to comment on the battery life as I did not keep the earbuds long enough.
When brand new and freshly charged, the right earbud lasted for 2hr 15 minutes and the left one lasted for 2hr 20 minutes.
92% appreciated the comfort and fit, although, 8% disliked
The earbuds are comfortable and the sound is nice. Though, the left ear has a bit of fuss with them, it rarely bothers me.
During my workouts, the earbuds were comfortable and did not slip out, which is great as I didn't have to re-seat them every 10-15 minutes.
The earbuds are not comfortable even after changing out the tips. My average sized ear doesn't seem to find a suitable fit. I find the first Gen AirPods more comfortable than these.
87% found it easy to connect, while 13% encountered issues
I occasionally have odd connection issues with my phone's Bluetooth. It seems like there's no way to turn them on without the case. Once, I didn't realize the left earbud wasn't on until I got to the gym. I had to walk back to my car, put them in the case, close it for a few seconds, reopen it, and then take them out again to have them both be connected, powered on, and synced.
It's a bit annoying to disconnect from one device to connect to a new one.
I am having trouble with the microphone quality as callers and Siri cant hear me clearly.
I had a hard time listening to music due to inconsiderate commuters on public transportation and restaurant music at Chipotle. The noise cancellation is virtually non-existent, as mentioned by the user.
Taking out one earbud while using the touch function can be annoying as it turns the volume of the other one all the way to the max.
87% were satisfied with the controls, although 13% found them confusing
The touch controls of these earbuds are not working consistently. I have to pull my phone out to change volume, pause, or skip tracks.
I have experienced random unwanted effects with the earbuds such as pausing a music track, muting it, or powering off when touched.
90% liked the durability, yet 10% experienced wear and tear
My right earbud only lasted 2hr 15 minutes and the left one 2hr, 20 minutes, indicating that the durability of the earbud-headphones is not up to the mark.
85% liked the noise level, but 15% found it bothersome
The noise canceling is very little, but the battery life is good.
I am disappointed with the noise cancellation feature as it is virtually non-existent and background noise is louder than the buds even when turned up all the way.
The touch function can be annoying when taking one out to listen to someone as it turns the volume of the other one all the way to the max.
The lowest volume on these earbuds is still very loud, which I don't prefer while trying to fall asleep.
92% liked the sound quality, however 8% expressed dissatisfaction
The sound quality is just okay, nothing spectacular.
I find the earbuds to have a tinny sound with very little depth.
69% were satisfied with the controls and user interface
80% liked the durability

I need to turn off my phone by tapping it or holding it for a few seconds, but this earbud does not have this feature.
