I have noticed that the earbuds randomly connect via Bluetooth, causing them to drain the battery while I am at work.

If the case is low on charge, the earbuds will not charge properly. It is recommended to keep the case charged to avoid this issue.

The touch options run off a rubber trigger inside the earbud, so I just had to get used to the touch patterns. They are a little oversensitive but still manageable. I can use these earbuds one at a time if I'd like to have only one in.

I have complained about the earbuds' control system. Starting and stopping play is easy, but the volume controls only work accidentally via sweat or light rain, which is frustrating. The volume control often turns down to a whisper, which is inconvenient.

However, the top of the case could easily snap off with force but if you leave it closed it is no problem. When my first pair broke, I confirmed that stepping on one with your full weight will crush it, so be careful of that.
