I found the silicone tips from the XM4s to be comfortable.
I faced issues with the comfort and fit of the earbuds as I could not get an airtight fit with the provided tips. I even considered returning them. However, after doing some research on aftermarket tips, I found that using Complyfoam tips fixed the problem. I got an airtight fit confirmed by the app right away and they stay put and are comfortable for long periods.
I often have to adjust the earbuds as they want to sit halfway in my ear instead of locked into place. Many times when I go to adjust, I hit pause, which could be disabled in all fairness.
