Every DVD I've put into the player from different regions like Middle East, Mexico, Europe and Africa have all played with ease without any issues.
I like that the DVD player plays many formats and can make standard movie DVDs HD. It's also great that I can hook up external speakers. The movie didn't skip while I was reviewing it.
I mostly use the DVD player to play music files using the USB built-in media player. The sound is really good and I like the feature that while it’s a basic player, it shows in the HDTV screen the folders inside the flash drive, and I can select to play individual songs with the DVD player remote control, or I can use the repeat button in the remote to repeat one song, a folder/directory, or the whole content of the drive.

I am dissatisfied with the remote control of the DVD player. It is cheap, the controls are mushy, and labeling is vague. I suggest replacing it with a universal remote.

I found that the DVD player is lightweight and can be easily mounted on the wall. However, I had to use smaller screws and a smaller screwdriver as the holes in the mount are too small for regular screws. The DVD player does not come with any screws.
I tried wall mounting the DVD player and while it works well enough, it has a few minor issues that bring it down a little.
