I own the 6 qt size but I like the extra capacity of these 8qt ones and the quality of the product is great.

I am amazed at how easy it is to clean the Dutch oven, even with my amateur experiments. I have not had to use more than a little scrubbing with a Scotch-Brite pad to get a few stubborn spots off, and the pre-seasoning allowed me to bake with it the evening it arrived.
For clean-up, I use hot water and a plastic scraper to remove residue, followed by wiping with a dry cloth.
The cleaning job was the hardest I have ever had to do. I had to scrub for hours to remove the cobbler from the dutch oven.
