  • Question & Answers

    Q:

Will it fix the leak on the roof of my RV?

    A:

Many people have used Flex Tape to repair their RV's roof in the rain.

    Q:

Is it possible to cut the tape in half to use?

    A:

Many people have found great success at cutting Flex Tape to a desired size. Leave the backing on tape and cut to desired dimensions.

    Q:

I have a hole in my 96 gallon trash can lid that has hail damage, would this work to fix it?

    A:

It sticks like ducktape with Silicone on the back, if it's just to cover then maybe.

    Q:

Can this be used to repair a stone crock pot base and can you still cook with it after the repair?

    A:

We do not recommend Flex Tape for this application.

    Q:

Is it good for a rotted out section of rain gutter?

    A:

Since you said temporary, don't plan on peeling it off, the adhesive isn't easily replaceable. I would recommend drying the surface before applying for the best seal.
