I find this product awesome for people with skin disorders or for babies/elderly who are sensitive to detergents and smells.
Using wool dryer balls helped me dry my jackets fully and made them soft without any lumps.
The dryer balls hold up well through many washings and do not release any lint or residue, making it easy to clean.
The only downside of the product is that it gets stuck easily inside clothes and frequently gets transported away from the dryer.
