I initially thought that the markers would not erase easily, but they do. With just one wipe of water, it erases completely.
The markers need to be wiped clean with a damp cloth. It's a plus for me as chalk drawings get accidentally wiped away too often. The markers stay put until intentionally erased and don't leave any residue or marks after erasing.
