When I received the dry-erase-board, there were small cracks on all the edges. Initially, I thought it was no big deal. However, the cracks got bigger and became visible when it was on its stand and lit up.
The dry-erase board has micro scratches that show up when the light is turned on and make it look not cute.
The dry-erase board requires extreme care as it scratches easily.
Upon opening the product, I found cracks in the corner and scratches on the screen.

I had to use a wet paper towel to erase the marker as the eraser did not work well.
