I compared the texture of the highlighters to a chubby stick eyeshadow or a crayon, its smooth and soft texture.
The crayons are nice and creamy, blendable with fingers or a blending stump, mix well with water, and have nice colors. I have done some neat things with them and am looking forward to getting more.
The crayons have a slight crumbling texture and are smearable, but they work well with a brush to create backgrounds in coloring books.
The highlighters have a soft tip similar to lipstick, but they smear if touched immediately after use.
