About XP-Pen Deco 01 V2 Drawing Tablet
Overall Feedback:
75% positive
78% appreciated the battery life, though 22% found it drained quickly
I have a tablet with a battery-free stylus, easy installation, large work area, and 8 customizable keys.
The Deco-01 tablet works great and has a battery-free stylus, unlike most other non-Wacom tablets.
I have received 8 fresh nibs and an artist glove with the tablet and am on my 3rd fresh nib as of now.
I noticed that it took me almost a month to realize that my new tablet has a feature that my previous Wacom tablet did not have. It's not a big deal though.

I am dissatisfied with the stylus pen, specifically its slick and smooth surface causing my hand to easily slide off.
86% praised the seamless compatibility, while 14% experienced issues
For a more advanced artist, the tablet is good enough in a pinch, but better options are available, even from XP-PEN.
I have noticed that Linux is not supported by default, but a beta version is available.

I had a difficult time getting the tablet compatible with Mac. The website's listed driver was not compatible with my Deco 01, so I had to use a driver for another tablet.
86% appreciated the customizable options, but 14% found them limited
I can create and import different configurations for different uses with the driver's most useful feature.
The customization option is good for me to change the pressure range as I am used to other tablets.
I have customized the buttons on the side for all of the Photoshop and InDesign shortcuts that I use frequently.
I have not figured out how to customize the buttons yet, but I think it should be possible using the digimend driver documentation.
I wished the buttons could have been customized as per my preference.
85% praised the drawing accuracy, while 15% experienced some lag
This drawing tablet is accurate, seamless, and fast. It's a wonderful option at this price point.
I used to have to redo a dozen times before getting a line right, but now I get it right within a couple of tries. I'm not sure if it's because of the larger surface area.
The 8192 level pressure performs like a hot knife on butter, resulting in impressive and impactful drawings.
When I hover fast, the pen lags a bit, but there is no lag while drawing.
90% praised the durable construction, but 10% faced issues
The tablet is lightweight, durable, and not fragile feeling. I was able to fly with it in my carry on.
The material is very sturdy and built like a tank. I expect a long life from it.
The tablet's 8192 level pressure performs like a hot knife on butter, giving impressive and impactful drawings.
Under extremely light use, the drawing surface of my tablet became scratched.
88% appreciated the pressure sensitivity, though 12% didn't
The lines are sharp and clear even when zoomed out, and the pressure sensitivity is great. Plus, it's just 4 times cheaper than Int**** Pr* Med*** (8192 levels).
The pressure sensitivity is great and the durable nibs on my pen are a plus. However, the wire can be messy at times.
I have noticed that the pressure sensitivity is higher than several of the more expensive tablets.
I don't always need to press hard because of the pressure sensitivity of the tablet.
Within two days of use, I noticed multiple micro-scratches on the surface of the pad, indicating poor battery life.
Rephrased: The pad's surface accumulated multiple micro-scratches within two days of use, indicating poor battery life.
I did not mention anything about the tablet's battery life.
