About VEIKK A30 V2 Digital Pen Tablet 10x6 inch Graphics Drawing Tablet
76% appreciated the battery life, though 24% found it drained quickly
The pen I use is battery-free, so I don't have to worry about charging while working on my art.
Having a passive stylus is a huge plus because charging in the middle of work is inconvenient.
There is no information about the battery life of my tablet.
I had to temporarily turn off my anti-virus for the pen pressure to work.
78% praised the seamless compatibility, while 22% experienced issues
On the tablet, different programs have different sets of functions, such as painting program versus desktop.
The express keys are designed to avoid accidental pressing and are easy to use, along with a touch bar.
The tablet works great with Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Autodesk Sketchbook Pro PC Edition.
I faced difficulty in matching the sensitivity of the VEIKK tablet to the one I was used to, favoring gentler strokes over heavier ones.
88% appreciated the customizable options
Overall, I found the driver software easy to set up and understand, despite a few typos. The gesture controls are very responsive and I enjoyed the shortcuts this tablet provides, even though it's a bit off-putting not having clickable buttons.
81% praised the drawing accuracy
The tablet produces smooth and accurate lines, and the differences in handwriting capability are impressive.
After using the Veikk A30 tablet, my brush strokes feel more confident, almost like drawing with paper and a pencil. This shows that I have experienced the accuracy of the tablet.
76% liked the portable design, though 24% found it bulky
I noticed that there are no more 3 cords to plug in just to draw, indicating that the tablet is portable. The tablet is portable with only one cord needed for drawing.
The tablet has a matte feeling and the screen protector add-on makes it comfortable to draw on with a paper-like texture.
It may take some time to get used to for those familiar with smaller tablets.
79% appreciated the pressure sensitivity
The pressure sensitivity of my VEIKK tablet is perfectly on-par with my previous tablet, Wacom Intuos Pro.
I found the pressure sensitivity of the tablet to be a little different than a higher end tablet, but I quickly got used to it and found it very enjoyable.
I love drawing on the tablet because it has 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity and feels amazing. It's the most satisfying drawing experience I've ever had.
I have owned tablets in the past that did not come with the advertised amount of pressure sensitivity, but this tablet does and it works really well.

74% praised the high-resolution
75% liked the tilt recognition, while 25% experienced glitches
I would like tilt support from the brand in the future.
I suggest calibrating the initial pressure for your individual drawing style and adjusting the curve to find the best gradient.
I wish this tablet had tilt detection as I use a lot of brushes that change/skew based on tilt. It's not a common feature in these tablets.
The tablet is not great at detecting the tilt of the pen.
