The spring of the door stopper doesn't seem as strong as ones I've seen at other houses, it needs a bit more tension.
The door stop doesn't entirely stop the door on smooth floors like linoleum, even though it's not marketed as a security item.

The design is easy to flip up and down with a press of my foot and the spring tension is perfectly adjusted, making it effortless to flip up and down.
I wish the manufacturer would create a more industrial version of this design.

It was easy for me to install with the included self-tapping screws and it works great.
I was using a faced stone to hold a door that tends to slam shut in the wind, but it was a pain. So, I installed this door stop and it literally took three minutes to install. I simply held the provided template against the door and touching the floor - the template can be seen in the first photo - used a razor blade to mark the three locations to place the screws, then used a screwdriver to install the door stop using the three self-tapping screws provided.

The quality of the materials seems fairly good. Specifically, the metal body and joints seem sturdy, and the rubber foot feels hardy.
The material quality of this door stopper is better than the other one I purchased. The hinge, latch and spring are designed more rugged.
I prefer the product made of durable stainless steel over zinc alloy due to past experience with questionable durability of zinc alloy products over time.
