I replaced the door-stops with these ones and they are definitely sturdier. They don't flex like the others because the metal is thicker and stronger. The contact points are made of larger and thicker materials (rubber and plastic) and pivot nicely for better force distribution.
The supports are made of metal, but the ends are made of a heavier plastic. I am unsure about the durability of the door stops.
