I suggest using a 15 to 20 foot long micro-USB to USB-A cable and purchasing an office wire hider for a more professional camera installation.

I am disappointed with the speaker/talking portion of the dome-surveillance-camera. I compared it with another product and found that the other product works much better in terms of that. To speak to someone, I have to hold the button and while I’m speaking, I can’t hear if they say anything… so I have to be mindful about taking turns speaking and allowing a little time in between each if I plan to utilize that function.
I experienced issues with the dome-surveillance-camera's two-way audio feature. The audio worked for only two months before stopping, and all five of my cameras eventually had the same problem.
