I love how adjustable the size is for the dog bowl.
I was concerned that the dowels holding the plate were too high and may be in the way. But after observing my dog eating from it, I found that it worked out perfectly and my dog did not seem bothered by the dowels.
I suggest that inserting the legs into the brackets could fix the instability issue.
