I like the adjustable height feature of the dog-raised-bowls. It is just high enough for my dog (lab mix - 49lbs).
When I extended the legs fully, I noticed that the product was slightly wobbly and there was no grip offered on the lowest setting. I had to add my own grippy pads to solve this issue.
The bowl set came with broken buttons for the 4th height setting, making it lopsided.
The adjustable bowl height did not work for me. I needed two different heights for my pets' food preferences.

I have two things that I do not like about the product. Firstly, it is hard to tell when the water is low or gone unless I am really paying attention. Secondly, the water gets between the two plastic pieces of the cover, which means that it has to be washed often to prevent any bacteria. This could be improved by having a more transparent design or by adding a marker to indicate the water level. Additionally, I could try cleaning the dish regularly to prevent the buildup of bacteria and odors. Overall, I seem to like the product but have a few minor complaints about its design and maintenance.
