Overall Feedback:
75% positive
71% liked the adjustable height settings, but 29% found it hard to adjust
I love the flexibility in the height of the dog-raised-bowls. Initially, I wanted it supper tall but I am happy with the shorter option.
I love the flexibility in the height of the dog-raised-bowls and am happy with the shorter option.
I figured out how to make it the highest height, but it is even less stable since the footprint is now smaller.
During feedings, the dog-raised-bowls can get wobbly and one of the legs came off once. I plan to rig it with a stabilizing bar in the back to make it more sturdy.
My dog finds two of the heights too low and the tallest height too tall.
68% praised the stylish design, but 32% thought it was unattractive
I think the product is great and no one will be dissatisfied with this purchase. The design is simple and it has 3 set up modes including with large bowls.
The plastic feels cheap and the adjustable legs snap in place, which makes me feel like they could easily break.
71% found it easy to assemble, but 29% had difficulty
I plan to add a stabilizing bar in the back to make it more sturdy.
I had difficulty assembling the dog-raised-bowls as the feeder was popped by the puppy causing it to come crashing down for the second time.
The adjustable legs are nice, but the place they snap in feels cheap and like it would easily break.
71% liked that it's easy to clean, but 29% experienced damage
The lip of plastic causes water to collect and if a piece of food gets dropped, it becomes a soggy mess, making it difficult to clean and maintain the bowl.
I find the feeder difficult to clean as the puppy pawed it and caused it to collapse.
68% praised the durable and easy-to-clean material, but 32% found it flimsy
For my large dogs with joint issues, it is a decent setup despite the poor plastic quality.
The product can get wobbly as it is made of plastic.
Despite the price, I find the quality a bit lacking.
The plastic bowl isn't sturdy enough for my growing puppy. It gets wobbly and I have to push it down more.
The lip of plastic causes water to collect and if a piece of food gets dropped, it becomes a soggy mess.
The feeder was damaged for the second time by my puppy, indicating that the material quality is not good enough to withstand his pawing.
69% found it easy to take on the go, but 31% thought it was too heavy
I am concerned that as my puppy grows, the plastic may not be sturdy enough for him and it gets a little wobbly.
69% appreciated the stable base, but 31% experienced tip-overs
The dog-raised-bowls are not stable enough as the puppy pawed the feeder and popped the legs, making it come crashing down for the second time.
I am worried that the plastic won't be sturdy enough for my growing puppy and it gets a little wobbly. This indicates that the stability of the dog-raised-bowls is not up to the mark.
I like the adjustability of the dog-raised-bowls, specifically the ability to adjust to different heights.
