I appreciate that the cream is made in the USA and contains zinc oxide. I also did my research and consulted my vet to ensure that it is safe for my dog.

If I notice an increase in itching after 15 minutes, I would remove the remaining oil using the dog's usual shampoo and give an antihistamine if I suspect an allergic reaction.
