The rake is more comfortable for my dog and pulls mats from the coat much better than any brush I have used before.
I introduced the deshedder to my dog gradually with treats and when she was comfortable with the slight tug, she was okay with it.
After using the grooming rake, I noticed that Pixie eventually relaxed and laid down. I am grateful to have found this tool.
