The kennel is super easy to assemble up and down and very lightweight.
Assembling the dog crate is easy and can be done in less than 4 minutes. There are no poles to slide through the pockets, and there are just two zippers to fully assemble.

The fleece mat that comes with the kennel is made of Styrofoam with a fleece cover. It is easy for a dog to shred, but the cover can be replaced. It held up well in the wash and air dries quickly.
