The durability of this backpack is excellent. I forgot it on the roof of my car and drove off. It was stuck on my roof rack, but when I came to an abrupt stop at a red light, the backpack went flying into the center of a four way intersection, dragging on the ground about 10 feet. My cat was still in it, so I was concerned. Luckily the backpack didnt have any tears at all. Thats durable fabric.
