After washing and using the towels for the first time, I was disappointed to find that they were not as absorbent as expected. Other family members shared the same opinion.
I am disappointed with the absorbency of the towels, which is the first time I have been disappointed with this brand.
I bought the towels because of their high rating for absorbency, but they get soaked with water within an hour or so of using them.
The towels are not absorbent enough to dry dishes, countertops, utensils, etc. even after 3 washings and drying, they still leave cotton particles on dishes.

After the first wash, the towels turned brown and released a lot of fuzz and lint onto the washing machine, almost clogging the dryer vent.
After washing dish-cloths and dish-towels separately, the stitches came apart by the time I was done, indicating poor material quality.

The towels are a great size, but they are thin and I need to use two at a time to dry anything.
These dish towels are of the same weight, thickness and size as the ones I bought from dollar tree for $1.25. However, I had high hopes from them.
