It took me an hour to assemble the dip-stand by myself. The instructions are good and it's a simple set up.

I tried to go for cheaper options but they were too wobbly, back rest was too narrow/short and provided absolutely no back support, or the arm rests were extremely short. This station is perfect in every way. Its strong, sturdy, doesnt take up too much space, and easy to assemble.
