The DAC is compatible with my TV and stereo.
It is compatible with a digital coax cable.
I attached photos of how I connected the product to the back of the TV, plugging in two lines - one for power and one for an optical line.
I connected the digital out from the TV to the little black box and then analog audio out from the little black box to the old stereo. It worked great.
