After getting it fixed, the device works great but it's not worth the hassle and inability to work unplugged or without internet.
I like the power saving feature 'niX-SenseMe' which wakes the frame when I'm in the room and sleeps the frame when I'm not. However, this version of our new frames does not have that feature.
I purchased the frame for a feature that is no longer working.
I returned both of the frames due to compatibility issues.
