At times, the frame had trouble staying connected to the 2G WiFi and did not want to reconnect.
The frame is incompatible with my internet and computer as it only connects to 2.4ghz internet which I don't have. It also has a micro sd card slot which I purchased and uploaded pictures on but it didn't recognize the card. When I connected it to a computer, it came up as a camera and did not work on any Mac in my home.

The 10.1 inch frame size is suitable for my mother who has macular degeneration and can see the pictures due to it.
