From the very beginning, the digital picture frame did not connect to the app.
I faced an issue with the frame ID provided by the frame. It was immediately told that the frame ID is incorrect.
The email uploading option does not work for me.
This frame was supposed to be easy to use with an easy app and compatibility with multiple frames. However, I faced issues while setting it up and had to call their support. The support provided a generic answer and was not helpful.
