This machine is faster than my old machine and uses 1/4 the power.
I love the build quality of the SER5 desktop computer. The normal DDR4 SODIMM RAM is upgradable to 64GB. There is room to add an SSD or swap out for a larger M.2 card. I have successfully used a usb3 attached m.2 card and connected 3 monitors to it. All hardware recognized and works fine in Linux.
I found 3 loose screws rolling around on the inside of my desktop computer and after tightening them up, I have not faced any trouble since then.
