I was disappointed to find that the dehydrator had significantly longer drying time than advertised, even after setting the timer for 14 hours and adjusting the temperature within the recommended range. The basil leaves and parsley were still not adequately dry.
The temperature control of the dehydrator is inaccurate. I used digital thermometers to check the temperature and found it unacceptable. I ran the machine for 2 hours before checking the temperature.
