Adjusting the temperature is easy with 9 degree increments. A progress light and screen display remaining time and temperature.
A couple of months ago, the timer of my dehydrator malfunctioned. It would count up to the maximum hours on its own while in use, then count down.

The temperature control of the dehydrator is easy to set, but can only be adjusted in 9 degree increments.
The actual temperature doesn't reach the set temperature, but the fruit or jerky finishes at the specified time.

I am surprised that the new stainless steel dehydrator is larger, has more wattage and is still much quieter than the previous one.
I chose this dehydrator for its larger capacity and plan to use it to dry a lot of fruits and vegetables this year. I haven't filled it to its maximum capacity yet.
I was able to fit 2 large thinly sliced mangoes in the food processor and used all the drying trays provided.
