I was able to dehydrate fish skin at 195 degrees for 3 hours after figuring out how to run it.

I faced issues with the temperature control of the dehydrator. It did not shut off after setting it for 90 minutes, and the temperature was still flashing. The timer setting is a mystery, and I wish the dehydrator had an alarm.
I faced some difficulty in setting the temperature initially. The dehydrator works in 5 degree increments, but I had to reset it to zero (unplugging helped) to get the desired temperature.
80% liked the size and design, but 20% desired more
I was pleasantly surprised by the size and design of the dehydrator. It has 12 generously sized drying trays and can fit a lot of food. I even compared it with my friend's small dehydrator.
I have warned others about a major design flaw in the dehydrator. Be careful while cleaning the bottom inside of the unit as the front lip is extremely sharp.
