I love the timer functionality of the dehydrator. It allows me to set the temperature and the hours/minutes I want the oven to run for, and it automatically turns off at the end of the timer. I can put things in the dehydrator before bed and they are done by morning and ready to pack/eat. This feature is very convenient.
