I love the deep fryer because it is easy to use with a large size. I use one side for meat and the other for fries. The basket can be hung for draining and the food fries evenly. I noticed that the fries and chicken strips weren't as greasy, which I attribute to being able to drain at a slight tilt.

The best feature of this deep-fryer is that the oil drains off and food is not soaked in oil.
