I found that leaving the deck-sealer to sit for 15+ hours resulted in better performance as the paint thickens over time and runs less, indicating a positive experience with the drying time of the deck-sealer.
I recommend allowing surfaces to dry for a day or using a heat gun to completely dry and warm surfaces before applying. Apply the paint generously to allow it to flow and self level, and let it dry for at least 12 hours before submerging or getting wet.
I can only get 30 minutes of drying time out of a foam roller before it starts to dissolve.
