I went through the whole process of cleaning deeply with a stripping product, then sealing 3 coats, and then shining with this product. This shows that the maintenance requirements of this deck-sealer are not too high and can be easily managed by me.
I did this project several months ago and haven't noticed any visible wear or reduction in quality of the finish. The price point was fantastic, so I don't feel like the cost of continued maintenance is a burden.
