81% appreciated the locking mechanism, while 19% didn't
I bought this lock because of the auto unlock feature.
If the lock can't reliably detect its state, I can't trust it to securely protect my home unless I physically look at it. This indicates a problem with the locking mechanism of the deadbolt.
73% liked the material durability, but 27% did not
I was disappointed that the company did not replace a basic part of the lock even though it was expensive and I had only used it for a week.
Proper alignment between the deadbolt and strike plate is important to avoid poor performance. It can cause the deadbolt to hit the strike plate and retract, making it seem like the door is locked when it is not.
78% found it weather resistant, while 22% were disappointed
The lock failed after only one day of use.
