Yale customer service informed me that the Bluetooth chip in my Pixel 4 XL is not compatible with the lock's network module.
Module registration is crucial for the deadbolt to work. If it is not done, it will not function. Many people have faced this issue.
I was disappointed with the integration of the software, which was not as smooth as expected.

I appreciated the small ruler that came with the instructions. It helped me take accurate measurements and determine the type of door I had.
I was up and running in about half an hour with only a screwdriver thanks to the easy installation.
The installation was quick and easy without any drilling in the door frame.
It's easy to install if you can change a dead bolt.

The locking mechanism requires the hole on the door frame to be perfectly aligned with the bolt and is weak.
The locking mechanism of deadbolts is essential for this lock to perform correctly. If the bolt does not close easily, it will jam while closing and the lock will enter an endless cycle of opening and closing in an attempt to seat the deadbolt.
I have installed the lock on a door with a door closer and it locks even with the door open. I have faced the issue of the lock banging against the door frame a few times already.

After the first winter, the faceplate of the lock started wearing off and cracking where I put my fingers. I guess it's due to UV or weather.
I noticed that the internal dividers and parts rattled around, indicating poor material durability of the deadbolt.
I have to change the batteries every 3-4 weeks, indicating that the lock's battery durability is not good.
