One of the locks is not locking from the inside and the other is failing occasionally from the key side.

It took me about 2 hours to install this lock, which is longer than the time it took me to install other branded locks. The interlocking cross members would not stay in place while installing and it took me a while to realize that it was easier when the key was inserted in the lock while installing.
