I found the handlebar design sleek but uncomfortable for me, my son, and husband. We experienced pinched shoulders and neck even after a short ride around the block.

I faced difficulty while assembling the bike due to the braking system. I had to undo the brake to get the wheel in and then had to put the brake mechanism back together. I also spent the next 30 minutes trying to adjust the brake so it wasn't rubbing.
