About Jasion EB5 Adults with 360Wh Removable Battery
Overall Feedback:
83% positive
76% appreciated the frame geometry, yet 24% encountered issues
I am over 6 feet tall and hate having to lean over so much while riding. One of the reasons I chose this bike was because of the adjustable stem, but the description and photos claimed that you could adjust the handlebar height, which was not the case.
65% were satisfied with the braking system; however, 35% weren't
I complained about the defective brakes and faulty seat clip of my bike. I attempted to fix it by purchasing a new brake and wire from Amazon, but they don't fit.
76% found the handlebar design comfortable, but 24% experienced hand fatigue
The handlebar design is easy to install and assemble. It took me only about 20 minutes to install the front wheel, handlebars, seat, and pedals.
I did not mention anything about the bike's handlebar design.
I complained that the bike's handlebar design was not as described. The handlebar stem was not adjustable as shown and the handle grips were uncomfortable with no cushion. They felt like hard plastic, and I had to replace them.
80% highlighted the weight, yet 20% found it heavy
I weigh about 250lbs with my backpack of emergency tools and supplies combined.
I was expecting the bike to be heavier and it's a hassle for me to carry it up the stairs since I live on the 2nd floor. My old bike weighed around 15-20 lbs.
I found that the motor and torque of the bike are not strong enough to carry a 185lb person, so it's best suited for people of 150-170lbs max.
I am over 6 feet tall and hate having to lean over so much while riding. One of the reasons I chose this bike was because of the adjustable stem, but the description and photos claimed that you could adjust the handlebar height, which was not the case.
I am dissatisfied with the braking system of the bike. The brakes are terrible and after 20 miles of use, they started sliding and quickly stopped working. I had to spend $150 to replace the entire brake mechanism, but even after that, the brakes needed adjustment at least once a week.
I have noticed that the wheel well cannot hold the tire in place, causing the rear wheel to go flat every time I ride the bike. This damages the inner tube as the tire slides on and off the wheel well. This negative feedback expresses my dissatisfaction with the wheel size feature of cycling bikes.
I have not mentioned anything specific about the handlebar design of my Jasion EB3 electric bike.
