I find the handlebar measurements odd and adding anything to them is tricky. I am considering replacing the handlebars, throttle, and grips. This is my negative feedback regarding the handlebar design of cycling-bikes.

The rear brakes are very loud and even louder than the pedaling, which makes me uncomfortable to use them. Not using them limits my breaking power, which is dangerous.

I weigh 165 pounds and ride mainly on flat surfaces with a slight incline here and there. I have covered a distance of 12 to 15 miles in pure electric mode and 27 to 32 miles in pedal assist mode.
I weigh under 200 lbs, which is nearly half the weight the bike is rated for, but I struggle on small hills and the motor constantly trips out. This suggests that the manufacturer may be lying about the motor or the controller is sounding alarms unnecessarily.
